How has anything he’s made been remotely close to an attempt at MBDTF? No, seriously. How? MBDTF is mostly produced by RZA and the album is extremely focused on being a heavily sampled and boom bap type vibe. Sonically Gambino has never been close to that sound ever. Now if you said Yeezus you’d have some comparison, or even 808s maybe but MBDTF sounds like nothing Gambino has dropped

I think gambino has become a jack of all trades. I also think musically gamibinos last two projects have been better than ye’s last two. Ye at his peak is far superior but gambino is def one of the best out there
