Who knows tbh. I don't like her solo work and I don't think she has a musical identity outside of the work she does with her sister. I don't even think she knows who she wants to be aesthetically. Every single has sounded different, and each has been a super flop outside of Have Mercy.
This feels like the label just said "whatever lets finally let her drop". She has zero momentum right now. Maybe Beyonce threw her a feature? That could really change things, especially since she claims none of the singles are on here. Who knows what it'll sound like overall.
Just get to warn you that the album will not come out in March
Won't be surprised

Bruh, I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. I been disappointed 3 times in a row. On LSA, I'm being outed like I'm a hater by stans when I'm seeing this s*** unfold in front of my eyes.
Idk what is going in bts with her team but everything about this whole rollout was a mess. If Bey somehow featured on it then that could help, but besides that. I don't even know if this is going to be good or not.
not the rebrand

Yeah that's the thing. I feel like Chloe and her team are just lost right now. Them following Have Mercy up with Treat Me was a huge L... It made no sense. She's just not connecting with any audience, and her "fame" at this point stems from photos she posts that happen to get the occasional Shade Room post. It's sad.

Hopefully things will change this Friday even tho doubt this "rebrand" if so would make her a star. Plus this coming at a time when people are going to pay attention to Halle than Chloe with TLM comes out
in. streets been waiting to see what shawty can do solo
too late, hype is way gone. nobody cares
You know what? I think the solution to Chloe’s problem is simpler than we thought: she just needs to make fun catchy music. Big hooks slick production, quotable lyrics and big budget videos
I think Chloe’s problem is a part of a larger issue with early Gen z popstars. During the formative parts of their music careers they didn’t get to see their heroes and icons still being hungry to make their music universal the way Millennials and previous generations got to see with their heroes and icons
Early Gen Z’s heroes and icons have pretty much all forgone making universal experiences in their music and opt for more critic darling-leaning music. So that’s what they see as the standard. When Drake, Weeknd, Bruno and Rihanna were starting their careers, Hov, Wayne, Ye, Bey, Usher etc were still hungry to give people universal experiences. Simply put: the problem with the Gen of popstars Chloe belongs to is they’re emulating the late stage career, critic darling music they see their idols have been making lately

Yeah I think a Halle solo album would do even better if it had a rollout with as many opportunities as Chloe’s has had. They might’ve split up the music output too early.
i cant sing along to this ….

It's way more than that fam and I argue many times with stans about this, so I'm not in the mood having to say it
