This album is really underrated af
Some solid songs on here but I feel like he needs to drop a 10 track project still to get general people fully on board again
I agree, and I thoroughly enjoyed most if not all of HBOAFM and Indigo. Now just want a short album that’s concise that I can enjoy in one setting. Treating his albums like playlist is getting tiresome.
These deluxe tracks man, this where it’s at. I’m tempted to just remove the first half with all those features. I may only keep a few of them. That’s another thing, Breezy need to chill with all those features, his fans want to hear more of him.
12 tracks with 3 features at most is ideal for the next album.
In The City is top 3 on this album and one of his best songs ever. He was DEEP in his bag for the deluxe tracks

12 songs is too little for CB imo. I get that a lot of artists do that as a standard number, but he’s so much better than every artist.
I think he’s fully capable of like 18 tracks that are all top tier. Just look at this album + deluxe. There’s like 20 that I would absolutely never skip
Really really great album, I was rocking with it the weekend it dropped but heard it outside a lot this weekend

I get what you saying but I’m not comparing to what other artist are capable of. I just want to enjoy the album more, shorter albums feels more satisfying because often listeners are able to finish them more. Those are the albums I keep playing over and over.

Yeah I get that for sure. I’m a super fan so I run these long albums back over and over again either way. Indigo and Breezy are by far his best to me.
But I do think it would help the public perception and award show success for him to do a concise album with no features and lyrics with substance. Hopefully the next one.
We don’t need anymore “Hit My Line”-type songs

No love for Passing Time?
Ok I slept on this heavily. Very few misses on here. I understand that when he puts these long ass albums out it’s easy to get overlooked but damn there’s some really good tracks on here. Breezy still got it.
