That’s because Breezy is a machine. None of his albums really are story driven or meant to be sequenced like a cohesive album. Hardly no one has the time to sit through a 45 track album straight through of course. However those are meant to be playlist like you said. It doesn’t matter how a body of work is formatted, good music is good music.

Just remember this snippet he previewed back in 2019 called "hit my line" its a bop. wonder if it will make to the tracklist since its now 3 years old less chance
