Oct 22, 2021For those arguing Kyrie vs. Russ, Kyrie really has been pretty injury prone the majority of his career. I think that’s the true separator. Purely basketball, Kyrie really is a magician and so much more skilled than Russ. He’s just had so many departures in his career for injuries and stuff like this.

If Kyrie was 6’7 and a SG, more durable, he might’ve been in the GOAT discussion Bc his skill and footwork is on par with Kobe / MJ. He has a million counters. He can almost always get a shot up even as a pg.

Dame over Kyrie is more egregious. Russ is mid when it comes to decision making and leadership but he's an MVP and averages a triple double over his prime.
