abstractiongonna keep this short I really need help yall my faiths been strong since the start of summer but it recently just broke, God is like my driving force so lifes been hard for me recentley.
Why does God allow violence? You hear people say it's a test, the devil or it's beyond your knowledge and God's taking care of you. There's other ways for people to change bro besides letting bad things happen to them. I just can't do this :( I don't know.

beast444Have y'all had sleep paralysis before? SP happens when you're either waking up or falling asleep. Your body is asleep, but your brain isn't, so you can look round, but you can't move. Usually you can't talk either.
So I've had it a few times before, but I'd just call on Jesus (in my mind since I can't speak) and wiggle until I get out of it. Well I took the ACT yesterday and the night before I had a SP episode. I woke up and I couldn't move, so I tried looking around, but my room was still dark so I could barely see anything. I felt a presence come into the room, like a demon. And I started calling on Jesus, but a few seconds later 5 or 6 more came after them. So at this point I'm like "not THIS type of sp" so I bound them in Jesus' name and they stopped for a second, but then it was on. I couldn't really see them, but I couldn't hear and feel them. One was holding me down, the other kept my mouth still, I was able to move my arm and kept reaching for the remote to cut the tv on to get some light in there so I could see, but one of them kept pushing my arm back down on the bed. All this is happening while I'm just screaming "Jesus! Jesus! jesus help!" in my mind. Then one of them starting tickling me in my stomach, I guess to stop my breathing? Cuz it got to the point where I couldn't breathe they were tickling me that hard and that long. I hate tickling so it was basically torturous. So at this point I thought "One more time: I bind you demons in the name of Jesus!" and it finally stopped.
Now, when I tell you how tired I was when that fight was over
I mention the ACT part cuz when I told my dad later, he said Satan knew that after praying and studying and preparing for this test for months and God finally came through, I'll be a different person with a lot more faith in God and could become pretty much unstoppable. He said Satan was basically trying to figure out how to put a stop to all of it and tried to distract me from the test that day and think about how the demons came in and attacked me the whole time so I wouldn't focus and end up with a bad grade. Well, little did he know, the peace of God filled my soul during my test
and it's still her now actually. After I woke up completely from that episode I said a little prayer and played gospel music until I went back to sleep. The fight was at like 5 and I had to wake up that morning at 6, so he knew what he was doing aligning it so close like that.But now I'm gonna bind those spirits before I go to bed every night instead of waiting until something like that actually happens. My dad said that's the best way to attack it cuz he use to have that happen as well. I remember something similar happened last year, but it wasn't nearly as bad. That time there were 2 of them and they came and held me down and punched me a few times and left after I binded them. I guess I stopped praying about it and resorted to going to bed with the tv on as a night light lol.
I know it was a loong post, but it was a crazy experience
Yes indeed. We wrestle not against flesh and blood but principalities and rulers of dark places.

And one shall undertake to fight against another, one city against another, one place against another, one people against another, and one REALM against another.
These dreams and sleep paralysis interactions are to strengthen your faith. It all comes from God.
Isa 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

Sleep paralysis has been a consistent occurrence for me also. Growing up, I never knew how to combat it. When Kill Bill dropped, she would move her big toe to get her legs moving, so I always focused on that. Brings me to this.
About January of this year, i had a dream. I was in my bed but the location was different. Like a jail cell. Light orange reddish lit room. Felt a presence in the air. Saw its Face! Shape of a fly swatter w/0 holes but had black eyes and it also was black. It then reached out to scratch my back! It had a claw and I could feel it begin to attack me! Rebuked it in the name of Jesus! Get off me, I rebuke u in the name of Jesus! The thing dispersed. Still in the “dream” I was giving all praises to God. That’s why I feel as if everything is a test from God. One point I relied on my own understanding but now it’s time to use the highest source of power and wisdom

Hey bud, always make sure you have your spiritual armor when ya step into the world. Ephesians 6:11-18
There’s this level of violence in the world for multiple reasons. To keep it general, it’s to fulfill His word, His prophecies and to bring the salvation of His people. Lastly, bringing as many people to repentance, baptism by water to the Holy Spirit as possible. No matter what anyone says, we have to keep the commandments to enter the Kingdom! Remember, the devil is out seeking whom he may devour. Keeping the commandments regardless puts is in a great position to be in the book of life.
Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Revelation 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
God is sifting through the wheats and tares as the tares are being plucked out and thrown away, their judgement is being showcased as violence.
Matthew 13:30 (read Matt 13:24-30)
Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.On the other hand, many of us are going to fall at the hands of our enemies. This could very well be the end times. Be joyful because Jesus is coming back soon!!

This is why we have to take up our cross daily. (Luke 9:23, Matthew 10:38)
Continue to meditate in Gods word. It’s the ultimate peace.

I removed myself from all religious views and asked God to show me who I am. Through that He gave me life. The scriptures just open up now and it’s all due to Him. What strengthens my faith is seeing the phrase “It shall come to pass” in real time. Knowing His prophecies are flying off the pages currently has a brotha sitting back like Denzel. While the wealth of this world is failing many, man staying in the Holy Spirit I’m happier than a mughhh.
Short answer, answered prayers and prophecies coming to life.
Always remember, there’s a HUGE difference between God, the Bible vs Man and religion. One is the commandments of life, the other is the commandments of men.
Once we begin to keep the commandments, it’s the first step to learning about God. The prophecies is where churches fail many ppl bc they simply can’t touch certain subjects without losing $$$
