My phone and my laptop got 4k screens and I got my Audio Technica ATH-WS1100iS with a amp on the way.
I'm finna eat
I remember seeing Dunkirk in an IMAX Dome theater
Life changing really
Saw it 70mm IMAX film. Greatest movie viewing experience of my life.
I low-key don't really trust any movie fan that hates on Dunkirk.
give me all my movies VOD so I can stay safe and comfortable
invest in a speaker system and a good tv if you have to cause them theaters aint opening up for a good minute
I have a 65 inch OLED with an Atmos sound system and I’d still rather this s*** get pushed back a whole year over it dropping on VOD
Yall are so pretentious with your imax s*** it's hilarious.
I do understand wanting that experience with a movie like this
never understood the whole thing about dunkirk only being good in imax lol saw it in imax but still enjoy it just as much at home.

That's what I'm saying. It's one of Nolan's best.
People love to hate on Dunkirk for being pure "spectacle" and then love arguably worse movies like Gravity.

Gravity was the pure definition of a movie that was just good on the big screen because it has absolutely nothing else to watch it for
Dunkirk is fascinating from an editing standpoint, but it’s also just a very emotional experience the whole way. And that’s why it still works well as a home watch
If it’s not IMAX, it’s Dolby, if not then it’s nothing
IMAX for the first watch
Dolby for the second
i assume there will be new seating arrangements so everyone sits 6 ft apart from one another.
Dudes getting worried but I assume the theaters are going to follow social distancing protocol.
Plus you can also come in wearing a mask and gloves.
Who the hell wants to pay for that?

nah you’re just a dumbass for not giving a f***
I'm glad there are no spoilers in this thread.
I hope this does not get pushed back past August 12th but it most likely will bc NY and CA will prolly be shut down

In some polls I saw, people were more willing to go the theaters if these social distancing and hygienic procedures were followed

If theaters operate at 10% max capacity, and there’s thin light weight plexi glass put between seats, I’d drop upwards of $50 to see Tenet.
The issue is that theaters are generating no revenue to be able to do capital improvements like the above.

Low-key a good chunk of the movie changes in my eyes when you watch it the second time.
For example: Mr. Dawson's oldest son died in the war as a pilot and that motivates his actions the entire film. His reactions and scenes hit way more emotionally when you make that connection.
