Drake's numbers are lower this time around because his pure sales are a lot lower. Scorpion did 160K in pure sales but since 2018, pure sales haven't only gotten weaker so CLB is doing around 40-50K in pure sales. It's first-week US streams are also going to be lower than Scorpion's streams.
