Same. I don’t wanna another More Life.
Retrospectively, I like Scorpion but I think it could have been better had he reduced the tracks and split the album up. Release the first half in the summer to get your rap fix and then release the 2nd half as a surprise a few months later for your fall fix. Idk I just want a more concise album.

every big party is pretty much done through h. wood. even if it's not their venue, they handle the logistics / guest list, stuff like that. not an h. wood venue. not even in LA. somewhere warm and humid instead

i don't say something if it's not true. i know these dudes. not like bff's or anything but the industry is small. you see the same faces at all the same places

btw not saying the 5th is the date. but there's basically a bat signal that goes up for any drake party. even if u don't hear direct from the camp, if people know you're in that scene, when word gets out, girls start texting u wanting to know details, guys start texting you wanting u to get them in, etc.

bia talked about it in a podcast once. the boy could show up at delilah at 1am and 20 minutes later everyone in the city is tryna get into delilah. or even that sofi party they didn't release the location til the last minute but all week if ur in that scene u were hearing about an afterparty

Start promoting somewhere. Bia is an extreme success tho. Most ex promoters people end up becoming realtors or maybe work in music or marketing. Some get their own nights or their own venues

Take Care is one of drakes most celebrated projects and it’s the same length as views and more life lol.

Also Dark Lanes is short and still got hate/panned.

Length is irrelevant.
