Anybody follow up with the international shipping rate cuz this wat they told me :

We just wanted to thank you again for your patience in getting this issue resolved. We have identified that there was an error with international UPS charges for orders placed on 10/26-10/27.
UPS has confirmed that they overcharged users based on the international shipping destinations designated. As a resolution, UPS will be directly crediting a partial refund to customers via the credit card used on file. They are still in the process of confirming and finalizing amounts, but they have confirmed these refunds will take place within the next 7-10 business days.

We will follow up with an update as soon as we get additional information this week!

Honestly, what’s proof we have this is real?? I believe it is, but not gonna lie; when I saw this forum explode on release day, I just went straight to the website and ordered because I was so excited

Anyone else still waiting on orders? I live in NY and I emailed them all I got back was :

I’m in NY too but I only ordered A hoodie and I’m getting it by Wednesday, maybe order amount/size affects when something get shipped out
