last order finally shipped

That's crazy. Email CLB cs and snap at them and demand a full refund on shipping tbh.

But they did email me and tell me that all refunds will be processed by 11/20 so idk.

This is the email I got re: shipping refund

Thank you again for your patience as we get this issue resolved. Currently, we are reviewing and confirming totals for all refunds to be processed. We previously hoped to accomplish this within a 7-day time frame, but we have to make sure we have all information accounted for to ensure proper refunding to all orders.

We do estimate that the refunds will all be processed by 11/20/20. We will follow up with a confirmation email once your refunds have been processed.

Thanks bro, i emailed them again and emailed UPS.

UPS email:
"Our records indicate that your package was shipped using the combined service of UPS and your local post office called Mail Innovations. UPS will carry your package during transit and was forwarded to the post office on 11/11 for them to make the delivery."

So they need to refund me full shipping, and charge only the 9$ for the normal shipping.

Update for any international people here. My tracking hadn’t changed since November 4th and it said my hoodie was just at a post office in California but it arrived this morning. So the tracking is useless lol
