Just got this when asked about the partial shipping refund:

“We wanted to reach out to update you on the UPS refunds as we are past the initial time frame we estimated.

Per the UPS representative handling these reimbursements: they have to work with various vendors in order to provide you with an accurate reimbursement. I apologize for the extended amount of time in receiving your refund but we will continue to update you until your full refund is processed. This may take some time but we are working to complete as soon as possible.”

Don't listen to him about sizing up on the t's. They definitely fit TTS. Only go up if you want your shirt to be super baggy with excessively long sleeves.

How you gunna tell me no... website was trash. Stuff weren’t even going into the cart properly for a lot of ppl, people received incorrect orders and people were over charged for shipping..... this is messy.

I do order online this the first time Ever where it wasn’t a smooth purchase.

I’m not like these other ppl complaining daily also it’s been 3 weeks so u can go ahead an defend these guys. I haven’t even gotten that email and it’s been over a week since the last email.

Bad service, whoever is in charge needs to be aware cuz countless ppl got wrong orders etc
