not sure I would even press play on a new Trav album after Utopia tbh
Apology album using Kanye west scraps to get back into peoples good graces
decent production but genuinely the least interesting rapper maybe ever
think i may need to accept this now…
Some humorous bars on here. Tyler’s “Push keep dirty white moving like a moshpit” and Kendrick’s “move niggas up outta here, this s*** get gentrified” made me laugh lol
Stan’s in general are obnoxious parasites that need to touch grass
I considered myself a stan of at least 200 artists lol but these dudes are indefensible
there’s only so much i can sing along to nonsense
He’s almost like the Michael Bay of hip-hop.
If you can turn your brain off and just enjoy the action and thrill without comprehension, it can be enjoyed. Travis has mostly had great production in the past and knows how to use his voice in an appealing way.
You ask that man to write lyrics though and
It’s almost impressive how he’s mastered the art of writing verses that say a lot and say so little at the same time.

That’s a classic Tyler line fs

Honestly he gave me enough good music to give him a chance. That Jackboys 2 is pretty cool it has a really southern oldschool + new school vibe to it which is dope. Idk if I'll ever listen again but I got a cool 5 songs from it

That is a way to describe a bad album.

A fan is different from a stan though
Being a fan is cool though. It’s not weird to appreciate something for what it is and collect it/own it/have an interest in it.
Being a Stan and having meltdowns online and going out of your way in a detrimental fashion or living vicariously through them is unhealthy and weirdo s***.

Taking 5 songs from a 17 track album is not good Brodie

Lol i wouldn't say bad if it was bad I woulda turned that s*** off. It's mid but I do appreciate how different it sounds. His best music is definitely behind him though

Yep. I’ll always appreciate it

yeah superfan would probably be a better term lol theres nobody im gonna crash out for
Push was on demon mode when he made Chains & Whips, superb verse and chorus.
Malice was.. Malice in 2025
Kendrick was underwhelming compared to Push but not exactly bad. Just not on Push's level.
However, I'm flabbergasted by his insistence on adding cringe ''please believe me'' type of lyrics. He has so many of these ''They said I couldn't reach Gen Z, you f***in' d***heads''. Like the other one recently ''I really been him, I promise''
If you have to remind people, or make them believe it, you really ain't. At least that's how it comes across. It's like the kid with fake clothes who want people to believe he's rich.

Zack from the Six is “flabbergasted” at Kendrick Lamar saying “i’m him”
''I really been him I PROMISE!'' is not the same as ''I'm him''
