What a catalog
Can’t name 10 rappers/groups with a better catalog than this
I think I would put it above Lord Willin tbh even if nothing is as good as Grindin (which is fair because it's like the best song of all time)
i was anticipating this album so much that ace trumpets as the first taste and all we knew, i wasn't really fully allowing myself to give it a chance because i didn't want that to be the ceiling of how good this album could get.
it started sounding better to me as we heard so be it, mike tyson etc.
and now we have the whole album, i'm obsessed with it
those stiff hypnotic drums and bass are so addictive and the way their flows sync up with it is amazing.
never turn the other cheek, you'll die at the oscars

Jimmy Fallon is not a real person

No question, easily
And I fw lord willin
Trav, Ye, & Aubrey fans stay in their feelings.
Ye doesnt have fans that care anymore tbh
FR
He didn’t come as hard as he could’ve, but I guess they didn’t care because it’s Nas.
I can’t get over how crisply they’re flowing on mtbttf
Song could be a capella and itd still get stuck in your head

Grindin is not the best song on Lord Willin tbh
Not even tryna take away from how great it is
If someone told me HHNF and LGSEO dropped 2 or 3 years apart I’d believe them if I didn’t no better
The fact that there is a 19 YEAR GAP between these albums is insane on so many levels

One of the tracks where I think Pusha T bested Malice. Pusha T's Biggie inspired flow In the beginning is f***ing insane.
One of the things I love about Pusha T on the project, is him experimenting with his delivery and vocal tone on certain songs. Like Chains & Whips, POV and MTBTTF all have different vocal deliveries and I think thats an underrated aspect of this project.

That would go to Virginia
Yea Nas been starting to lose steam since his run with Hit Boy ended. His rapping. He hasn’t been as on point lately. Probably got so much other s*** going on now he’s not as locked in. Don’t think he’s washed yet but it wasn’t Nas Album Done feature Nas
That would go to Virginia
Hands down the best song on Lord Willin

It really lived up to the expectations of the first two singles
Clipse fans won
