was supposed to see the clipse in la freshmen year of college, bought tickets and everything and the dude who was supposed to give us a ride from the dorms to la flaked on us last minute (this was way before Uber was a thing). fast forward to sophomore year and my college hip hop Congress was able to get the clipse and reup gang to perform at our campus free for all students so shout out god for that one 🙏. Was smacked off three beans and was rapping every song word for word and all the white ppl around me were giving me the “wtf” look but pusha pointed at me on some “oh this guy knows what’s up” type s*** easily my fav live experience.

also the crowd for the clipse show at ucr was like no more than 50 ppl. It was a bunch of other acts playing at the same time + the clipse were never that famous outside of grindin/when the last time. had on a green/yellow As hat and was front row real easy to spot.

also got to see lupe in his prime for free freshmen year cause ucr had a solid hip hop Congress. even got krs one to do a one day class on hip hop which was lowkey boring af ngl
