clubbing is dead and a waste of time
gen z (the ones that were in hs during covid) are lame
    girls are terrible
    dudes are weirdos
    the music doesnt hit
    big cities havent transitioned
    sections ruined things
    waste of money

alcohol isnt actually expensive like that its just not worth it.

chill bars or just hanging with friends>>>

This really is dependent on the type of places we're talking about. Average Gen Z definitely parties and largely does not post about it. Party habits, preferred spots, etc.. have changed as well just like they did in prior generations.

If we're talking about traditional "clubbing," especially ones with sections and bottle service, well yeah those are kinda lame and have gotten worse....but Gen Zs party habits never leaned towards this and average Zer isn't going there

    Then use them more

From what I've seen...certain people call the cops with noise and traffic complaints.

Same s*** happens with clubs tbh

Noise complaints because no one moves from outside the venue after leaving, traffic gets blocked up

Clubbing as a whole gotta go on pause for a while

Like it's a lot of Gen Z kids still going out to parties/clubs/etc. They just primarily avoid those big commercial lounges/clubs that have the expensive bottles and sections.

Bars are popular, live music venues and jazz loungesare where they be at, also been seeing them do picnic kinda stuff at the park with their own drinks, food, etc.

"Clubbing", bar-hopping, partying is still alive among Gen Z. It's just evolved.

Even if you want that "old club" or house party/bashment feel, those still exist. You just have to go to non-heavily gentrified neighborhoods where transplants aren't around to call the police about noise.

  • Can't imagine growing up and not experiencing having my homies hold me while a girl throwing that ass back so hard I lose my balance.

  • Also I've been seeing the Gen Z crowd going out to like...anime/cosplay theme nights at clubs lol

Gen Z people do go out to the club and they do enjoy it. Most humans enjoy being social and partying. Club owners and promoters just need to figure out how to adapt, and knock off the greedy s***. People would still even be willing to do the sections and bottle service s*** if it wasn't so damn expensive these days.

this weekend fellas was "outside" as they say. Just dancing and having a good time before I have to lock in for some work related s*** this coming week.

And bruh, it just hit me when I was dancing like...nobody really be dancing no more.

Obviously people are dancing and s*** but it's like...everybody is in their own cliqued up groups and more people (men and women) are on their phones like huggin the wall or even in the middle of the dance floor just bumping into the people tryna just bust a move.

Then I realized, s*** the cost of living, the rising cost of the drinks, and honestly years later we still socially haven't really recovered from COVID it kinda made sense afterwards. I feel sad for lotta the youth man. :/

tl;dr: Honestly the unc jokes my kids I teach during the week I welcome cause it's like,"yo insertcoolnamehere, you're old" and I'm like "um....yeah...and yall kinda f***ed lmao" (I don't say this)

    Go to better parties
