Her whole message is that if you're a big girl that you should still love yourself and you shouldn't feel like less of human being because of your weight.

She's not telling anyone to become obese or that being obese is healthier than being skinny or average.

Obviously her message is needed based on this thread and the countless others which literally just revolve around dehumanizing her.
