W1 pros:
1) You see the acts before people W2 if you care
2) More celebs and social media people (can be a con)
3) Grass is betterW2 pros:
1) Generally acts are more fine tuned for W2. If they ran into any problems for W1, they will have fine tuned them
2) You can watch live stream at home and figure out if an act you are on the edge on is worth seeing
3) Easier to buy tix (If you have Amex, shouldn't be a problem at all). Also has resold for under face value as of late for W2I am going W2 because of schedules with my group. But doesn't matter to me really.
O ya, guests are really random, but I feel like more come out on W1 because its week 1 and gets more media attention (but I can not confirm this)
it depends on the lineup but usually weekend 1 more packed. last year it was different cuz kanye only did sunday service weekend 2, so there was guests like ye during cudi’s set and rocky during tame impala
took a huge W getting weekend 1 tickets off the waitlist this year tho 🙏
