@op What do you think is the strategy on announcing the lineup that late on a monday night? It was about to leak?

They originally wanted to announce it last Monday. I’m assuming it’s because now it’ll take up the next few days of news cycle, and Portola Fest isn’t selling well which is run by the same company so they might be trying to get some cash flow going as early as possible.

Still crazy how just a few years ago this festival would hold the line up for other fests and announce in January, now it’s moved up 3 whole months

After sleeping on it I’m still a very big fan of the lineup. I knew the top 4 was gonna be bad for my tastes, so having The xx and The Strokes as sub HLs is a huge win for me. Friday is gonna be amazing

It's been easy to get tickets since they expanded the capacity. Long gone are the days of it selling out within the first few hours.
