Agreed on this. I'll always like the base gameplay even though they just keep tweaking it slightly year to year.

All the CODs since have this weird feel for me it’s never felt 1:1 with sniping as Cold War has

Sniping in Cold War always feels mad satisfying and fun while every other COD since has felt rigid

Cold War was the last COD I could play a few rounds on and not be disgusted with myself for playing it.

I did also have some fun matches in Vanguard believe it or not. Stopped buying the games after those 2.
