What’s the chances of this winning BP?
I adore the movie but when it was announced as a best pic nom I was like there’s no way that wins but it’s nice to see it up there
But over the past few months they’ve had an amaaazing awards season campaign. Won a bunch of stuff at other shows, become a huge fan favourite, had Joni mitchell co-sign the movie since her song is used and even went to the White House to meet the bidens + have a orchestra play the movies music within the building
It’s become a huge contender for sure in the top 3 most likely

Yeah it’s been gaining major momentum lately, basically a 2 horse race with Power of the Dog now
Liked it but felt mid at the same time. The family drama was hitting all the other s*** meh.
This the only best picture nom I didn’t get a chance to watch before the Oscars. Will watch some time this week tho
Happy at least that this film made it a competition. Felt weird for POTD alone to be the only favorite. Surprised it got the nom but once it did i felt it had as good of a chance as any. Any film could have taken the plate among the nominees
Great film tho i'm rooting for it... especially Troy Kotsur as supporting actor
The idea of Apple TV+ having a best picture already despite just barely getting in to consistently releasing awards season films is hilarious tho Especially on the year Netflix is finally so close

That neck scene was some of the deepest I’ve shambles I’ve experienced in a minute
