Looking at this list just makes me realize that all the best rappers are in their 30's and 40's.

Not everyone its just the 30's don't rap with the niggas like Vince or Dave because they don't want to look washed. Tierra Whack and Che Noir and all them could easily rap along the Nicki, Drake or Kendrick type rappers but they only care about who is poppin like Lil Baby (not trying to say he's bad because he actually good)
