the premise of the show is that every episode theres a murder and every episode theres also a guest celebrity (conan for first ep)

the guest doesnt get a script so they have to improv their way through the episode and solve the murder conan improv too funny and banter with will is amazing too

every norm appearance on his shows were classic, i loved when he’d just start sniping andy for no reason though

that one ep where he kept mentioning andy having a crippling addiction to gay p***(not that there’s anything wrong with that) or the anecdote about how andy got rich giving guys favors for a nickel a pop

Lmao this makes a lot of sense for me when I remember an interview Andy gave around the time of Norm's passing. He was basically calling Norm hacky because his jokes often used "being gay" as the punchline. Which is a legitimate argument to some extent, but I could tell there was something deeper than surface level with Andy's comments. Was a little weird to listen to

was super bummed he didn't get an episode when conan was doing the ~30 minute shows of just him andy and the guest in an empty theatre, i'm sure he would have killed without having to divert any energy or attention to the audience

chances are he was probably already ill around that time though
