Man I just realized Kobe died at the very beginning of 2020, and we found out DOOM died at the end of 2020

It was pretty good. Def not AOTY material but Kurious actually has a very DOOM-esque flow throughout the project with great introspective lyrics and beats that are chill and jazzy like they came out of Special Herbs.

That said, it didn't really stand out too much for me to even be a top 5 album this year and Mr. Fantastik's feature sounds a bit monotone and less energetic than usual.

Still, I'd give it a 3.75 out of 5.

could actually envision DOOM directing this which was pleasant surprise

yeah i did read that, idk sometimes it feels like tribute act but i think kurious does good job of bringing everything together and it really does feel plucked out of take me to your leader era which i love, like a lost artefact

DOOM at the end of bacalo opera was incredible to hear too
