they definitely knew about 9/11 but I don't think they didn't try to stop it for those reasons. they probably just didn't take the taliban seriously enough imo.

Was lawrence of arabia a real person? I was just doing a movie reference. Haji Williamson is a real figure look him up. He apparently embraced islam fully, made friends with sheikhs all while being an agent
