FBC: Firebreak is a 3-player cooperative first-person shooter set within the enigmatic Federal Bureau of Control (FBC). As the Bureau's headquarters faces a deadly and prolonged siege by otherworldly forces, only Firebreakā€”its most adaptable response unitā€”has the skills and courage to restore order.

    Out

  • Game pass day 1, I'll be there dutifully

However, don't like the tone of the trailer, why would remedy go for goofy? Like graffiti splatter and s***? That's not the way to go

Going thru the same levels in 1st person seems fire tho

there just really doesnt seem to be anything interesting about this other than having the remedy name attached to it

i dont think this is gonna stand out to the wider audience theyre probably aiming for and it looks like it removes so much of the DNA of control that their hardcore fans wont find it appealing either

The only thing that seems a tad odd is the tone change, everything else looks cool but they just haven't revealed how deep the game is

  • also i know he's probably not working on it but as such an important figurehead of the company its interesting to see that sam lake hasnt acknowledged this game at all

Cuz idk, I don't need another live service randomly generated joint. Gimme 5 campaigns/long levels with stages, truly make it a l4d joint. I'm more than fine with that. Not everything gotta be everything

And about the tone, control was always a lil darkly humorous but you had to dig for it. This seems a tad on the nose. I don't like how you're like, a soldier guy with scrap metal everywhere and handmade guns. Not the vibe I was expecting
