Yeah ngl I’m not a fan of pretzel buns most of the time. They don’t give you any of the benefits of a soft pretzel and as a burger/sandwich bun they’re overly dense and tend to take the attention away from whatever’s in it.

most places just sell s***ty ones

good ones are top tier, and Id say need a specific type of burger to be the best (grilled onions + brown mustard or something, or egg)
