Share some cool things you do to make your songs sound tight

• heavy distortion plus filters and reverb gives you knd of the runaway effect

• high pass filtering plus bit reduction gives you more space in exchange for a less clean sound (but you can still hear more high end)

• drop flangers on s*** to make it sound cool sometimes

• if you doouble your vocals and on the secnd track you low pass plus delay you get the zay vocal effect (tight)

post more pls lets work together to be better producers

also if your kick doesnt really kick and ur on ableton the kick tight preset wil fix it a lot of the time

i also made a note to double up my vocals and then low the pitch high cut and distort on a track to mke that s*** super girmy i'll tell y'all how it goes

also dont go to heavy on the stereo effects on vocals too wide sounds weird as s***

Eq out highs and lows on a drum break plus distortion 2 in logic for Don tolliver sounding drums

Too make ur s*** sound spicy play a melody in key and then play some non diatonic chords on top of it that go with the melody.

Phatfx distortion with mix turned down on master
Stepfx sporadically on master for texture
Remix fx on master
Limiter with gain on master
Flex time on everything
Tempo automation

Do the automation on everything live by going into "touch" mode.
Makes your songs much more dynamic and interesting
