I don’t know about drip (the eyepatch was kind a wavey, I guess?) but Solidus Snake from Metal Gear Solid 2 was the first video game villain that I didn’t even want to defeat because I didn’t disagree with what he was up to (basically exposing the Illuminati of that world).
