if u have a toyota from whatever year, they have all the possible parts that match the year of the car.

during covid I had on small piece of the car melt due to the heat in socal, and it was enough that it wouldnt let me start the car.
I was about to pay like 900 to take the entire stick and everything under off and replaced. A friend told me about a "bush linking" and fater investigating the part under the stick, sure enough that s*** melted off and didnt give support to start the car.

I went to look it up on parts.toyota and found the one for the exact year of my car for like 60 cents

its just that black thing, like the size of a cut olive.

I first tried finding general bush links but they wouldnt fit on the car, so getting the exact one from toyota was amazing
