If the contentID recognizes the song, they will get pulled without a human input. However I don't think Twitter's recognition is as sophisticated as Youtube's.

But yeah copyright and DMCA is often used in bad faith or abused.

YouTube and twitch have systems so that if u use a song in a video, it can get taken down. Police are abusing this by playing music when they are being recorded so they can’t put the video out
