The "decision" in PA literally just said "Hey, guys, keep doing what you've always done!" (Just said set aside ballots without proper ID verification then they have to be reviewed/corrected/whatever after, but nothing about actually not counting votes beyond the rules already in place lol)

Was acb part of that decision

She wasn't it was a 4-4 ruling too, if she was on board during that ruling it would have been 5-4 and Trump could've won PA. I don't know if SCOTUS can do "double jeopardy", but he literally could do that to other states if the conservative justices went through with it only GOD knows what would happen.

acb has a history of ruling against conservatives though, which is why people like alex jones were freaking out saying her nomination was a deep state conspiracy

to be fair, didn't gorsuch go against trump's will being a person that was elected by him with the roe v. wade ruling? i'm pretty sure acb will just vote with the party, they have the majority and absolutely nothing to lose at this point.

what scares me the most is that no one is talking about this s***, because the media called the win but trump knows he can still contest it and probably win if (and only if) a case gets knocked all the way up to the supreme court.

this dude has nothing to lose and everything to gain rn.

gorsuch has repeatedly voted against trump's wil tool actually, he's the reason the LGBT protections were upheld earlier in the year, which is a big deal that was kinda glossed over at the time. There's a lot that could still happen, but at the same time, i don't know if i'd count on there being any real uprooting of government. I know it could happen, but there's so many things that would need to take place. If even republican states/local GOP aren't trying to hold state conventions or attempting to rebuke Biden I'm not sure if I would really worry - it's a sect of the GOP which is attempting to rebuke this. Neocon corproate republicans like McConnell - who basically heads the party at this point - hasn't been too vocal about it while people like Jordan, Hawley, Gosar, Cotton, & Cruz are carving out a separate niche within the party., Wouldn't surprise me if Trump attempts to pull a Teddy Roosevelt (hate to make the comparison as Roosevelt doesnt deserve it) and tries to start his own party stealing these people out of the GOP, especially if its so he can run again.

It won’t reach to the Supreme Court. And he legit has no legal precedent to do any of this

Yes. Also multiple states are doing recounts and audits, so Trump could win without it even going to the Supreme Court

  • Nov 9, 2020

There might be recounts, but the Supreme Court will not reverse their decision in PA for ex

Pennsylvania doesn’t even really matter if (or more like when) Biden’s won Arizona, Georgia and Nevada.

No he can’t, he’s thousands of votes behind, and tens of thousands of votes behind in Pennsylvania, which is really the only state Biden really needs.

No. The Republican Party is going to have to move on from Trump eventually, might as well be now.

The longer this goes on and the wider the margins, the more embarrassing the efforts will be.

Currently, the biggest roadblock is that there isn't enough evidence to even bring this in front of a state judge without getting laughed at, let alone SCOTUS.

Like I’m legit scared, it’s a packed court, and like what I don’t understand is that Trump cult members say that they’ll overturn it but they don’t explain how. Would they remove ballots from Biden? Would they call for a recall vote in states that Fake bone Spurs is contesting? Like I don’t understand what there expecting. The Supreme Court interprets the law, but fact checkers keep debunking there “evidence”. While judges in state governments have thrown the lawsuits out multiple times. What makes people think the law of the land is going to steal the election from Biden.

    OP please watch this video

There's a realistic chance that Trump as a legitimate shot to steal the election by enacting a "completely legal and constitutional" coup
