We went 9 - 2 first season (Season 7 I think) and was supposed to move up to Main, but then we got f***ing bullshitted out due to another Team with a WORSE RD than us got to move up and we got put in IM.

Then I got picked up by a veneratio reboot of an Invite team. But we were struggling to get things started.

I got to play with a decent amount of Invite players, mods from Caleague etc. I have a friend who was on Sick Visions, who went Invite. We still talk here and there.

The leader of CCC was killed during an altercation with cops. He turned into a big Dbag tbh and we got into it when I left. He tried to steal one of those big ass CRT monitors at a LAN once

Still talk to some members from CCC. I have a friend who use to help manage zomblerz. He's also won some LANs playing with people like devious.

Getting sad just thinking about this s***.

I remember the Christmas that I got Half-Life 2 with CSS. Playing that s*** literally every night after school for it's whole active life. Getting 2 - 3 hours of sleep every night of high school.

So many hours and playtime with so many people. Literally 5 years into CSGO basically 80% of my Steam list had all been inactive or hadn't logged in for years. S*** was depressing af.

Plus the fragmovie scene was SO much bigger and better. Way more creative. I worked for SourceRadio for a little bit helping with the fragmovie page. Got to play with the members in Ventrilo.

Got the most memories with CSS, the amount of mods, surfing, jailbreak, deathmatch, everything was so much fun. Joining a server and all the same people, little communities. Miss it alot.

That's what CSGO fails to have for the most part that is sad to me. It's more about FaceIt/ESEA and MM.

Community Servers all of it is mostly deathmatch,retake and surf servers. But there's no REAL communities it feels like.

Ughhh, making me sad thinking about it again. CSS was literally my life for all of Jr High/High School.

Vitality vs Astralis yesterday was tilt worthy.

Shox and Apex looked so lost on D2 and Overpass like wtf.

Shox tried getting an opening kill at D2 B on CT side about 7 times in a row and died every time...

Then the eco when Zywoo had awp and he's not even set up for anything and Shox just full rushes a smoke with a deagle...

Apex and Shox were pulling some silver looking game sense throughout Overpass. Leaving their sides open while holding an angle.
