He’s about to go into rehab and I feel like he just wasn’t in a good place when they were cooking this. Some of these verses kinda just feel like the most predictable phoned in and simple Danny verses oat that he was just writing filler to get them recorded with slurry & off-delivery
its so inconsistent, i feel like on some tracks his voice is more clear then others his verses sound awfully mixed. he sounds great on OJ jones. these beats are all very impressive tho

He said he sent a version of the album in to warp but they didn’t show any interest or excitement, or urgency in actually getting it out
So he thought maybe it wasn’t good and so he kept making new songs and new versions and stuff. This was like 3 months ago on a podcast he was saying this
^ he’s going to rehab now so he could come out clear headed and not even wanna drop it/want to make a new album from scratch. We gonna have to wait it seens (which is fine tbh, him getting healthy is more important than an album that he may not even wanna drop anymore)

Idk what he got sober from initially but it sounds like he cut one thing out that he thought was the issue, still drinks and does psychedelics etc and is now realising he needs to be 100% sober
