Mr NoahFirst impression is it’s kinda meh. JPEG’s aesthetic can be corny to me, and I feel like he leaned into those tendencies on here (just look at the track names). I love Danny, but he didn’t assert himself enough, and I also don’t think that the beats suited him well. Feels like JPEG featuring Danny throughout

Just try using more samples in a given track. Like have a verse part and then find a random noisy guitar sample and just throw that on as a new section. It doesn’t have to fit musically, in fact it’s better if it doesn’t. You’ll be on jpeg’s level in a week

first half is basically flawless in terms of structure, atmosphere and dynamics. Second half ain't much worse then.
Or better, it's his most successful attempt at creating a cohesive album imo.

Humm fair, feel LP! is more cohesive tbh but I'm gonna revisit, been a while. Does have an interesting soundscape which I enjoyed.

Hot SoupIt’s weird to see BBC that high, to me it’s like his awkward middle child. I like the political messaging better in communist slow jams and the soundscapes of veteran. Still has incredible highs tho.
Also I’d think you’d really love 2nd Amendment, came out shortly after BBC and it’s a great middle ground between the sounds of veteran and BBC

the first half of the album is more aggro (peggy's strength) the second half, danny gets to stretch out more on the verses
