so this co-worker who hates me told my boss I don't clean properly during my night shifts, even tho I clean more than the other shift leaders do, now my boss asking co-workers about my work ethic and they got my back but this s*** is pissing me off.

boss has not talked with me yet I got tipped off but what do I do? I wanna confront her she always s*** talking me, she tried to take control of my shift so I put her in the kitchen n she got mad, next day she lied to my boss about me.

Put her in the kitchen again and tell her to make you a sandwich. That should put her in her place

definitely wouldn't confront her especially if your boss hasn't talked to you yet. I would wait to see what the boss says before making any moves, she could already be in the s*** if she's made a complaint that every one of your coworkers says is bs

Have you asked them to show you exactly what wasnt cleaned? What has your boss said? Is the shift leader a second person from the one you mentioned already and do you suspect that theyre backing eachother?

If you have the jurisdiction to tell a coworker to do certain things im assuming youre a higher level part of the resteraunt. If your other mates are backing you that should be a red flag for her. Cant write off sabotage but you gotta let them play themselves.
