Last month a dude speed thru a red light at an intersection and stared at the perpendicular lane and me (waiting to cross) the whole time. Wasn’t even looking straight

Dead ass. I feel like been seeing way too much. People also love the ride ass like a convo line thinking they can go thru a red light because their right behind the person going through it on the end of the yellow. But really it’s like a handful of people just shooting the gap while it’s red.
