According to an Italian insider who has been completely right so far, he was at the backstage at Milan LP and asked some producers for the album and they said the mixing by LODT wasn't good so it's not out yet/scrapped completely.

He's a producer on it, all producers get writing credits on a song whether they actually wrote lyrics or not.
But, we know he was dissing Ye on 14th Jan

And we got a snippet from 14th Jan morning of them shooting the F*** Sum music video with ye verse

So he possibly couldn't have written it. Probably just produced on that part.
