Yeah most violent crime isn't getting an arrest or solved anymore the US is at an all time low with that a lot of these cities that crime somehow dropped over 70 percent of murders remained unsolved in 2023.
What you wanna look for is the rate of non fatal shootings that will help answer if crime really dropped
