Cruel Summer was overhated when it dropped. Ye dropped the best songs as singles months before the album dropped and when the album came out everyone was disappointed that the rest of the songs were not on par.

And yes I agree that the non singles are not on the same level but they are still great songs. It hjust happened to be that the singles were all masterpieces and it's too difficult to drop more culture shifting classics.

But if you listen to the album again, you will find great songs. You won't have this feeling anymore that you already know the singles months before anything else and you can enjoy everything again.

Furthermore, songs like Creepers, Higher and The Morning are f***ing bangers man
