I lost 30 pounds from January to April by walking a bunch and eating differently. Never ran during this time, but I was averaging 9 miles a day. Food wise I didn’t really change too much - cut out soda and stopped ordering sides with meals, and cut down to eating (typically) twice a day.

yeah i lost 35 in 6 weeks not even weighing a huge amount in the first place but there are people with medical issues and who’s fat cells turn into a different kind of fat cells that are harder to burn than regular fat cells. not saying everyone should get on it but for certain subset of people it’s good as a lifeline not like how a bunch of people are abusing it now
