I think this is a blackmail ring that follows celebs and tries to collect personal belongings/ cctv footage of them in places to make it seem like they are compromised. I think they treat it like a card game though and most of their moves are bluffs. I think those items collected from drake were over a course or a year or two, not all items in one suitcase.
