Sorry fam but I just told you why I think Netflix is behind the filming this season and you completely ignored it and chalked it up to me just not liking this season. You know how annoying that is to have someone do to you?
Glad you're enjoying the show. Have a good day
You’re being paranoid/overthinking/reaching to assume Netflix is secretly producing this show for HBO just because of “lighting and sets” lol

My bad. I’m kinda indifferent to the show and was trying to give it another chance since I mainly only watched the show as a teen.
but I guess I’m just confused by them steps in concluding Netflix has a hand since i don’t consume a lot of Netflix programming or tv programming for that matter, and it seemed like a large gap between aesthetic observations (colors) and quality (improv being worse) and Netflix itself having a hand on a tightly run show(to my limited knowledge).
So I guess I should’ve differed or just asked if u noticed that in other shows. And also asked if u think there was anything else prompting your observation, which u kinda did. Thanks for pointing that out. Hope my reiteration makes sense because I wasn’t tryna dismiss u outright just pretty confused.
Nice to see Richard Lewis but you can tell he’s in a lot of pain
I thought so too. Poor guy
but this is amazing news look omfg man I’m so happy about this
He’s feeling better
Need season 12 if not just for him to get to be a part of the full thing one last time
I definitely should/will view the following episodes, but Netflix has absolutely taken over the production on some level. Probably a stipulation as part of the Seinfeld deal, if I had to guess. The fact that Curb is not on Netflix doesn't really say anything in this regard
Don’t you think it’s possible that maybe HBO is taking tips/copying how Netflix does things to try to get on Their level so to say?
Mister Softee might be my favorite episode of all-time, man.

Latest episode was by far one of the worst episodes in the series

this show officialy fell off from me, i laughed more in one episode in the earlier seasons then the past 3-4. i can predict all the s*** larry is going to do now
Weird how they didn’t resolve the prop master plot, are they gonna carry that on to another episode?

strong disagree
admittedly, Irma Kostroski was not one of the better episodes. but this season and the last 2 have been strong.
the spite store season and the fatwa season were both great, and more recently, I loved the Man Fights Tiny Woman and Watermelon episodes. and the one with albert brooks
this season may go down as lower tier curb but it's still great IMO
I will say, however, that the passing of Bob Einstein and the poor health of Richrd Lewis has certainly hurt the show. Those two guys were great at being at odds with Larry, which made it also hilarious whenever they were on the same page as him
Jeff never really clashes with Larry (or rarely) so he is mostly just a sidekick to riff with. Vince Vaughn is a solid add to take one of the seats at the table but he too is mostly agreeable with Larry. he's more like a Jeff than a Funk Man or Richard.

I laughed harder at show that I have in years when Larry asked Richard whens he's just going to die knowing that Richard's health was so bad he could barely make it for that episode
Good ass episode

yeah I find Jeff pretty annoying tbh lol you're right tho the majority of the time him and Leon are basically just yes men for Larry...Vaughn at least combats Larry occasionally though eventually ends up just doing the yes man thing too
Bill hader with the best guest performance
I normally really like him but I didn't care for his part/s in this recent episode.
larry is always very logical and aware but when they went from the antique place to the hotel and it was clearly either the same guy or a twin and he acted like it was a whole new person he was talking to. he didn't make a confused face or mention it at all until they went to the restaurant.
best part was the "bad miles on your johnson" convo
