I’ve had deep dish multiple times, it’s just too thick for me and when I actually went to Lou malnattis it was really good but also lw tasted cheap

Detroit pizza less doughy and bready in my experience also it’s got the cheddar crust and the racing stripe and usually more inventive toppings

Deep dish =/= All Chicago pizza. Try some tavern pizza when you next come here. And Lou's is good but each deep dish place does it much differently. Imo Burt's is king
