I had a connect with a manager who broke a semi major artist in the past 2 years so I started becoming friendly with her not being too aggressive about it but showing her my music/improvements, eventually she got me an interview and I was in/waiting on my contract to be written since September. Took about a year of talking to her(somewhere in that year she was hired as a manager for this label) now she’s my manager
