Why would this year+ old recording come out now if the intent was not to impact his business. You’re in denial if you don’t think any negative publicity will hurt Joe right now as tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars hang in the balance

I’m not saying that as an excuse or justification for Joe, but it’s clear that all these past relationships were very toxic in one way or another.

I'm not sitting through that entire phone convo...what does she mean by dragging though?...if he just grabbed her randomly and started dragging her across the floor that's f***ed...if she's attacking him physically and he's trying to leave but she's hanging onto him...that could also be considered dragging in which case it's similar to Joe forcefully restraining Tahiry when she was attacking him...in general Joe needs to start going after more stable women and should work on his own mental stability...not sure how people can think letting a reality show into your relationship is going to help anything lol has a proven track record of destroying more relationships and adding nothing but drama and gossip

If this was a court case, any lawyer could argue otherwise. Her adding the word dragged directly after the chase action makes it sound bad but in reality it doesn't have to be that bad.
A drag in the physical sense could be pulled her by her hair, her foot or simply held onto her hand while she was going the other direction.
They didn't go into detail enough. For example you can kidnap someone by blocking the door. But in reality a kidnapping by blocking a door is not the same as kidnapping someone off the street and trying them up. Both are bad however, in one scenerio further context is needed to determine severity.
Ps. Using the term bird is super offensive to women, especially when we are talking about abuse. If Joe called her a bird on that call people would be using that as further proof.
