If there's a woman p***star in his video, it's because he casted her with the intention of her being recognizable as a cameo. The POINT of the woman in the video is that everyone recognizes her, that's what the artist is intending to convey.

She's not distracting from anything, because her recognizability IS the content

This dude's role in the video looks like he's supposed to be a no-name extra. The POINT is that he's a nameless face that blends in, but since he's recognizable for doing p*** it takes attention away from the intended message and it becomes all people talk about
