Yeah I'm glad they're raising in price quite quickly. Thank god for a lot dumbasses clapping them out with cheap ass widebody kits and just turning them into complete garbage just for IG likes
Keeping mine OEM+ and just keeping it in as good shape as I can. Not gonna do any major upgrades just for the sake of keeping it near stock. The Porsches I'd like or seem realistic are in the depreciation phase so hopefully the prices will even out in the near future.

Here in the US inflation and supply/demand are f***ed so all the sports cars are going up in value. Basically every Porsche has stopped depreciating or is rising

Yeah the real estate market here is also crazy because of COVID, people have much more money to handle after being home and not having any entertainment. I also bought my own apartment last October, it's around 10% more expensive rn when I bought it.

Easy money. My city had the most new people move here out of anywhere in the US since April, so real estate is f***ed. It's cheaper to just rent. Hoping prices will tank when people realize they wanna leave in a few years

i haven’t listened yet

last night, i was completely preoccupied destroying YM: Rise Of An Empire

moved all the songs on it onto different albums by each of the artists (i.e. Trophies to NWTS, Lookin Ass to a “Before The Pinkprint” EP with Chi-Raq & Boss Ass B****, Good Day & Senile to Well Done 4, the Twist songs to Golden Child 2, the Euro songs to July, the Shanell songs to Nobody’s B**** 2, Video Model to 4U EP, etc.)

then after that, i moved the Care Package songs to their respective albums as bonus tracks

Yeah it's crazy, I'm planning to get a bigger apartment because of the family growing soon so hopefully the real estate market will cool down a bit.

yea, i have Trophies, 5AM, Jodeci, HOTM, GLB as NWTS bonus tracks

i started working on a VFT6 EP last night too, but i’ll be moving most to Views as bonus tracks after HLB

the EP right now has B2B, Can I, Charged Up, DITE, Draft Day, Pop Style (Single), Right Hand, Summer 16, and 0-100

probably gonna move all of them to Views except DITE, Draft Day, and 0-100

currently just as 2 loose tracks (OVOSR version ft. PND & leaked MP3)

my Drake loosies are not very organized at the moment

but i’ll probably make more “Care Package” albums later today with songs like We Made It etc. that weren’t released on CDs

the ones i’m adding as bonus tracks are the ones i have lossless
