so i dont post multiple ass times:

here sitting in the dark at my desk looking at pics of neekolul and her babylons like my name is amg. pondering how much i care that they're fake, and what it says about her, what it says about ME, and what it says about US

gonna try to play a round of disc today. need an album to listen to. not sure if i do a classic album i love. or something new i havent heard. or an album i didn't f*** with really that much, mostly because it didn't meet expectations. lately ive been going back and finding that when you forget about thinking how an album fits in a stupid ass context of how accurately you can rate it and what that means (answer: nothing), you begin to really unlock some gems from the albums.

you know, ive really missed the entire tyler train. like i remember gettting on my bike and making a decision multiple times to NOT go see odd future when they came thru for sxsw in 2011. i went to see other ppl instead. i KNEW they were blowing up. i actually met donald glover in line for a show that year and we talked about odd future briefly and how crazy theyre ascension was. at the time, i would i watch and read every interview or bit about them and particularly tyler, i could find. i really loved everything about them BUT their music. now a decade later, ive realized this dude is like a father figure to so many ppl and i just... missed it.

soemtimes i think about listening to all his s*** since ive never done so. but, like i have this dude that buys vinyl for me from korea and ships it to me and i was reading his posts randomly on reddit where he was talking about early tyler lyrics, and peoples issues with it. and its not that it bothers me, but s***, am i really gonna get anything out of it? idk. im trying to keep an open mind. just dont know if its worth it. people really f*** w his actual music like that or he just an icon that makes music too? that sounds like a slight against him, but i really mean it with no shade.

i really am getting paid overtime to type all this bull dam

just need this s*** to end so i can get back to my weekend
