APEXRI've averaged 4hrs of sleep a day all month so far
gotta change that. minimum of 8 hours ideal but start with aiming at 6

could always start applying to other jobs while still working your current position. Once you get to an interview you can start putting the position's company vs your company to create the job competition. You may find that your current job is willing to pay more to keep you where you're at.

if your luck is good. 2nd and 3rd interviews at other places and you don't get the final call and end up hating your current job even more is what happens usually
